Tricon Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Spoke, a recent purpose-built rental community in Toronto’s Junction area. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform repairs, and support day-to-day operations with a focus on resident experience and safety.
Responsibilities include inspections, completing turnovers to Class A standards, coordinating with contractors, and providing timely, courteous service to residents while upholding company values and health & safety regulations.
