Optimum Insurance Company, based in North Bay, is seeking a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Clerk to support brokers, insureds, and internal teams across Canada. The role includes processing payments, applying payments, and handling billing changes within a hybrid North Bay office.
The ideal candidate has post-secondary education in accounting/finance or related experience, robust customer service, and proficient Excel/Outlook skills. Fluency in French and English is required.
