As a Merchandise Flow Supervisor, you will also provide input onmerchandising strategies. Your daily presence on the sales floor will provide you the opportunity to understand the business on thefront line, and you will have the opportunity to use the insights to improve the store’s business. You will help shape and execute store strategies todrive revenue. In addition, you will beaccountablefor ensuring appropriate communications are cascaded throughout the team. To succeed in this role you are willing to lead by example and withintegrity ,collaborate, beintellectually curious ,strategic ,leadthrough ambiguityandchangeandresults oriented. As the person accountable for theback of house, you will also be responsible for driving sales by ensuring a well-organized stockroom andstrong merchandise flow(replenishment) practices,markdown execution, stockaccuracy, as well as,supplies and facilitiesmanagement.
