Key Responsibilities:
Assess and promote health conditions for optimal patient function
Provide patient care through care plans and treatments




Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient safety
Participate in unit-specific projects and staff meetings
Escort patients as required via ambulance services

Requirements:
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to work various shifts and in Emergency
Commitment to continuous education and quality improvement
Basic computer skills and palliative care experience preferred
