Regional Group is seeking an Assistant, Building Technician to support our Gloucester, ON property at 4840 Bank St. The role involves suite turnover, basic maintenance tasks, and improving overall property upkeep.
You will work in office, performing painting, drywall, fixture work, and general cleaning to maintain a secure, well-kept community. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in maintenance or related work, with MS Office proficiency and a valid driver's license.
