The Coast Salish YMCA is looking for a dedicated Team Leader to supervise its before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12. You will manage staff and volunteers, deliver engaging programming, and maintain a safe environment. Your leadership will prioritize solid relationships with children, families, and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct onboarding and training for recent staff
• Coach and mentor School Age Leaders effectively
• Build relationships with families and community partners




• Act as an ambassador for organizational initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Child Care Licensing requirements
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Strong communication skills and team development focus
• Understanding of childcare licensing standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Current Emergency First Aid & CPR certification
