Operating in a hybrid capacity, reporting to the Chief Counsel, you will serve as a vital partner to the sales team, leading negotiations and advising on compliance, privacy, and executive concerns. With your extensive knowledge of technology law and contract negotiations, you will enhance legal frameworks and drive process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as lead negotiator for high-stakes commercial contracts
Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management strategies




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives
Maintain relationships with outside counsel as needed
Improve legal processes, templates, and efficiency

Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) and bar admission
Over 10 years of legal experience in B2B SaaS
Expertise in negotiating complex commercial agreements
Solid analytical and negotiating abilities
Ability to influence and communicate with senior executives
