SAF International is preparing to expand its educational and community development initiatives across the Global South in 2027.

Were looking for a motivated, resourceful, and highly organized individual to work directly alongside our CEO at our Surrey headquarters.

What youll do:

- Research prospects to support underserved Sikh communities in the Global South.
- Identify and recruit qualified teachers, Gurmat educators, and vocational trainers, particularly from Panjab to serve in other countries in the Global South.
- Build relationships with community leaders, educational institutions, and international partners.
- Assist with program planning, research, budgets, and project development.
- Coordinate international communications and help turn current ideas into meaningful projects.

Who were looking for:

- Background in education,



international development, nonprofit management, or a related field.
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent English and Punjabi communication skills.
- Positive understanding of Sikh communities and Punjabs educational landscape.
- Independent thinker who takes initiative and enjoys solving problems.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
