AstraZeneca is seeking a Marketing Intern to support Alexion Canada’s rare disease franchises with hands-on marketing activities. You will work with cross-functional teams, agencies, and external stakeholders to learn how cutting-edge therapies reach patients and healthcare providers.
The role offers a 12-month paid internship starting January 2027, based in Mississauga with a three-day-per-week onsite schedule under AstraZeneca’s hybrid mode.
