As the Manager/Team Lead, you will support engineers and designers, ensuring the balance of workloads and effective execution of projects following the Stage-Gate process. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science or equivalent • Minimum 5 years in engineering leadership • Experience with product development and project management • Registered Qualified Engineer (P.Eng. or P.E.) preferred • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
