Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant .

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with daily pharmacy operations, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong commitment to accuracy, patient confidentiality, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Assist pharmacists with prescription preparation and dispensing while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, restocking, and monitoring medication supplies
Provide friendly and professional customer service and respond to patient inquiries under the supervision of the pharmacist
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all applicable privacy and pharmacy regulations




Assist with medication administration procedures when required and ensure appropriate documentation is completed
Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Perform additional pharmacy-related duties as required to support smooth daily operations

Qualifications & Skills
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and adapt to pharmacy software systems
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a quick-paced pharmacy workplace
Professional, friendly, dependable, and patient-focused approach
Good knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy-related procedures
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per year
