Your role will be a combination of customer service, order entry, sourcing of products and sales.

Retirement savings plan with match Functions - Process customer orders, quotations, returns and inquiries accurately and efficiently.
Drive recent and repeat business by providing timely, accurate product information and technical support.
Identify opportunities to increase sales through cross-selling and upselling, while enhancing customer satisfaction and profitability.




Prepare pricing, credit arrangements and sales terms in accordance with company policies and customer account requirements.
Monitor scheduled shipments to ensure on-time delivery and coordinate follow-ups or expedited shipments when necessary.
Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction, address concerns and resolve any issues.
Maintain accurate customer records and respond to requests for product information, catalogues and samples.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain accurate shipment updates and expected delivery dates.

Education: College degree or equivalent experience
Training: On the job training provided but industry experience required
