Join Alphanumeric as a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist (English/French) in a fully remote setting. Support major pharmaceutical products and enhance patient care while working from home. In this role, you will provide vital support for diabetes, obesity, and rare diseases products to patients and healthcare specialists. The position is focused on delivering an optimized service experience in a contact center setting, upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance. Previous Pharma/Biotech experience is preferred as you assist with inquiries, identify adverse events, and maintain accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls, chats, and emails professionally
Provide information regarding pharmaceutical products to patients




Assist with temperature excursion inquiries as needed
Document relevant information in CRM systems
Identify and report any potential Adverse Events or PQCs Requirements:
Fluency in English and French required
Minimum of 2 years experience in Pharma/Biotech
Experience using Salesforce and Vonage preferred
Strong telephone soft skills
