This position requires you to recruit, train, and motivate skilled Service Technicians while ensuring high-quality repairs. The ideal candidate will monitor compliance with technical jobs and maintain a clean, secure work workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and train qualified Service Technicians
Ensure fair assignment of repairs to technicians
Maintain high-quality service and minimize comebacks
Monitor shop cleanliness and equipment condition
Assist in repair tasks and vehicle diagnostics Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Fully licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S or higher)
