Join 270 West Consulting as a Benefits Navigator dedicated to assisting Canadian Armed Forces personnel and veterans. You will provide personalized support to ensure veterans access the benefits they deserve. In this role, you will assess clients' perk programs, serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, and conduct orientation sessions that inform clients about available benefits. Collaborate with your team to communicate essential updates and maintain accurate client records. You will also assist in the enrollment process and keep abreast of industry policies impacting veteran care. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and coordinate various client benefit programs
Serve as a point of contact for benefit inquiries




Conduct client orientation sessions regarding perks
Collaborate with team members for accurate communication
Maintain client benefit records ensuring data integrity

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in customer service or similar
Fluency in French and solid communication skills
Previous Canadian Armed Forces experience preferred
High School Diploma; post-secondary is an asset
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
