OpenRoad Toyota Peace Arch in Surrey, BC is seeking a Service Advisor. This union full time position supports customers with service appointments, warranty work, and shop workflow coordination, while ensuring high levels of service satisfaction.

You will open, distribute, and invoice work orders, communicate with customers and technicians, and help drive CSI improvements in line with OpenRoad policies. A positive, team-oriented culture and growth opportunities are emphasized.
