Barclay Street Real Estate Ltd. is seeking a motivated, organized, and service-oriented Condominium Property Manager to join our Property Management team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of condominium properties, working closely with condominium Boards of Directors, owners, vendors, and internal support teams to ensure properties are well-maintained, financially sound, and effectively managed.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Operations: Oversee daily property operations, building maintenance, inspections, and preventative maintenance programs.Board & Owner Relations: Build strong relationships with condominium Boards, owners, and residents while responding to inquiries and resolving concerns professionally and promptly.Financial Management: Assist with the preparation and administration of annual operating budgets, monitor expenses, review invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.Vendor & Contract Management: Coordinate contractors, negotiate service agreements, and monitor vendor performance.Capital Projects: Coordinate maintenance projects, repairs, and capital improvements from planning through completion.Compliance & Risk Management: Support compliance with condominium bylaws, applicable legislation, safety requirements, and emergency procedures.Meetings & Reporting: Prepare management reports,



attend Board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and provide updates on property operations and financial performance.Career development: Maintain industry knowledge, complete required continuing education, and participate in ongoing training.Qualifications & SkillsExperience in condominium or property management is preferred.Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands.Strong financial and budgeting skills, with attention to detail.Ability to build positive working relationships with Boards, owners, residents, contractors, and colleagues.Knowledge of condominium legislation, bylaws, building maintenance, and vendor management is an asset.A valid driver's licence, access to a reliable vehicle, and appropriate vehicle insurance are required.Relevant RECA licensing or eligibility to meet applicable licensing requirements.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a proactive and accountable professional who takes pride in their work, demonstrates sound judgment, and is comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
