SaskEnergy is in search of a collaborative leader for the role of Director, Policy, Services and Rates. This position focuses on establishing equitable rate structures for utilities while championing strategic stakeholder relationships. In this permanent, full time role, you will spearhead the rate-setting processes for SaskEnergy, TransGas, and Many Island Pipe Lines Ltd. Your work will involve creating and implementing business and customer policies that align with regulatory standards and customer needs. You will engage with diverse stakeholders to promote effective service and policy strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead rate-setting processes for SaskEnergy and its subsidiaries
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and regulators




- Oversee revenue forecasting and ensure compliance with governance
- Analyze industry trends to inform strategic decisions
- Design business policies to meet evolving customer needs

Requirements:

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
- Nine years of regulatory experience in utilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision making
- Commitment to continuous professional development
