AfterQuery is looking for experts with experience in software engineering, computer science, or app/web development to help train and evaluate AI models. This is a remote, project-based role: qualify once through a single assessment and receive ongoing project matches spanning code review, evaluation, and original task creation. Pay ranges from $50 to $100/hour depending on the projects you qualify into. Competitive Pay: $50–$100/hour across the project pool

Adaptable Engagement: fully remote and asynchronous, on your own schedule

Complete software engineering tasks across a range of AI training and evaluation projects

Review and evaluate code and model outputs for correctness and quality

2+ years of real-world software engineering experience (full time or substantive internships count)
Robust fundamentals in at least one major programming language
