Your Mission
Own every stage of restoration and rebuild projects — from first call to final walk-through
Lead and inspire crews to deliver top-notch results, on time and on budget
Serve as the point person for clients, insurance partners, and subcontractors
Scope projects, create accurate estimates, and keep timelines on track
Manage schedules, budgets, trades, and logistics
Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on every job
Keep paperwork and records organized and audit-ready

What You Bring
3–5+ years in project management (restoration, construction, or similar)
Solid grasp of building codes, construction methods, and restoration practices
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Journeyman carpentry ticket is a significant asset
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, estimating software, and online platforms
IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) are a bonus — training available
Solid communication, client service, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s licence with a clean record
