Position Overview

Reporting to senior leadership, the Senior Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing contractors and vendors, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with operational standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities




Oversee the daily operations of an assigned property portfolio.
Manage tenant relations and respond to operational concerns.
Coordinate maintenance programs, repairs, and capital projects.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure building standards are maintained.
Manage service contracts and oversee third-party vendors.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Support budgeting and expense management initiatives.
Assist with leasing activities, renewals, and tenant communications.
Prepare operational reports and recommendations for management.
Identify prospects to improve operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.

Desired Candidate
Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
Experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
Robust understanding of building operations, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service providers.
Experience with real estate softwares : Hopem, Yardi, BuildingStack
Must be bilingual
