The Licensed Industrial Electrician will play a crucial role in ensuring operational reliability and safety at Canada Brick. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical issues, conducting routine inspections, and maintaining compliance with applicable Ontario electrical codes. You will work in a highly automated setting and collaborate effectively with maintenance and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial electrical systems
Troubleshoot to minimize equipment downtime
Install and modify electrical systems as needed
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Ensure compliance with Ontario electrical regulations
Requirements:
Valid Industrial Electrician License (442A preferred)
Experience in an automated manufacturing setting
Knowledge of Siemens Step 7 PLC systems a plus
Solid skills in problem-solving and electrical schematics
