Applicants should have a diploma or certification in commercial building maintenance and at least five years of related experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and operate electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance and address mechanical issues




• Manage logs and certification records for safety equipment
• Organize work of interior cleaning and building service providers
• Coordinate purchase orders and maintain electronic diagrams

Requirements:
• Diploma or certification in building maintenance
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant field
• Valid Firemen's Certificate and Health & Safety credentials
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
