Key Responsibilities:



• Greet visitors and assist with inquiries promptly • Document issues and escalate matters when needed • Deliver high-quality customer service to residents and families • Provide clerical support to management as required • Conduct mini-tours of the facility for current visitors

Requirements: • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Compassionate and dedicated to seniors' well-being • Legally eligible to work in Canada • Pass a Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Records Check
