Our client in Cambridge is looking for a candidate with experience in Administrative or Reception roles to join their team on a one month contract position with the possibility of extension!

As the Reception/ Admin person at this construction related business, you will be the front lines person, greeting visitors, answering phones, directing calls and providing administrative support to the team.

Hours will be Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and the hourly wage will be $22.00/hour.

NOTE: Please do NOT apply unless you have previous Administrative / Reception experience!

Required Skills:

Previous office or administrative experience

Fluent English with solid verbal communication skills

Valuable phone etiquette and customer service skills

Experience answering and directing phone calls

Strong organizational and communication skills

Basic data entry and document filing experience





Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

Good general computer skills and the ability to learn current software quickly

Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
