Cayenta, a subsidiary of Harris, is looking for a driven Application Consultant to support our Client Services team. This position is designed for someone with a solid background in utility processes who can effectively bridge operations, R&D;, and client needs. Your focus will be on the CayOps program, improving clients' workflows and driving success. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate effective technology solutions and client engagement
Directly support clients with system training and troubleshooting
Conduct root cause analysis and document findings
Manage user acceptance testing and feedback processes
Provide support documentation for client services

Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of utility operations and CIS functionality
Robust interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to travel 25% within North America
Previous software implementation experience in utilities preferred
Degree in a related field is advantageous
