With a capacity of 2000, you will manage production needs, maintain equipment inventories, and lead the in-house crew. This position also involves coordinating communications and assisting in the advancement of events, ensuring an outstanding experience for guests. Key Responsibilities:
Support Technical Director in venue operations
Oversee production consumable inventory and requirements
Act as Production Lead for in-house crew
Assist in maintaining training materials for staff
Ensure prompt communication of equipment needs

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience
5+ years in tour or stage production
Proficient in stage lighting and audio systems
Solid decision-making skills under pressure
Must lift up to 75 lbs safely
