Group, a leader in BC's highway maintenance for over 30 years, seeks Highway Maintenance Driver/Labourers. This position is seasonal and requires working various shifts, including nights and weekends during the winter season, approximately from November 2026 to April 2027. Candidates must be on-call during severe weather events to ensure roads are secure. Key Responsibilities:
Operate sanding, plowing, and salting trucks during winter weather
Assist with snow and ice control on highways
Drive trucks to haul materials for maintenance
Explicit litter and debris from roadways
Perform general highway maintenance tasks as needed Requirements:
Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver's licence with Air Brake Endorsement
Previous highway maintenance or construction experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Solid communication and teamwork skills
