Lead and coach the North America onboarding team
Review calls and train on customer interaction techniques

Requirements:
5+ years in hotel operations or hospitality technology
2+ years managing customer-facing teams
Proven experience with multi-property hotel implementations
Solid understanding of hotel operations
Spanish fluency at a business-skilled level
