This role oversees daily operations, ensures GMP/HACCP/GPP compliance, and drives quality and KPI performance while managing budgets.
You will shape strategic plans, forecast needs, and build leadership across the organization, promoting safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a quick-paced manufacturing setting.
