You will oversee the finance and accounting team while shaping the shared-services strategy that supports the Walter Group. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead general accounting and financial reporting functions
• Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team
• Conduct financial analysis for profit, trends,



and budgets
• Coordinate external audits and implement recommendations
• Manage treasury, liquidity, and cash flow projections

Requirements:
• 10 to 15 years of progressive finance experience
• Solid FP&A; and financial-planning background
• Experience managing and developing finance teams
• Bilingual in French and English
• Familiarity with BI tools and ERP systems
