Adamson Flooring is looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our busy retail showroom. Whether you already have flooring experience or come from a strong sales background, this is a great chance to build a rewarding career in a secure and growing industry.

What you'll do
Help customers choose the right flooring (hardwood, vinyl, laminate, carpet, etc.)
Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs
Prepare quotes and close sales
Maintain an organized, visually appealing showroom
Follow up with leads and build long-term customer relationships

What We’re Looking For
Sales experience preferred (retail or showroom is a plus)




Flooring knowledge is an asset—but we’re willing to train the right candidate
Solid communication and people skills
Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
