You will manage financial performance, operational KPIs, and execute business plans. Manage branch budgets, profitability, and P&L; results
Lead seasonal planning for staffing, training, and equipment
Build solid relationships with clients and respond to concerns




Monitor labour productivity and operating costs for improvements
Coach and develop branch teams, setting realistic expectationsRequirements:
Minimum of 7 years in landscaping or property services
Proven financial management and team leadership experience
Robust ability in workforce planning and scheduling
Bilingual in English and French
