Take on a leadership role as the Science & Success Program Director for summer camps at Appleby College. This seasonal appointment involves program development, team management, and camper engagement. From December 2026 to June 2027, you will prepare for a full time contract from June 28 to August 27, 2027.

This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills as you develop engaging activities for diverse participants. You will oversee camp staff, enhance program themes, and ensure a safe and enriching workplace for campers. Key Responsibilities:
Organize and coordinate all pre-camp activities
Lead training and development programs for staff
Foster a positive camp culture through robust leadership
Supervise all program operations and facilities compliance
Act as a liaison for parents and guardians Requirements:
Degree in science, engineering, or computer science preferred
Experience in supervising camps is essential
Knowledge of robotics and video game design preferred
Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities
