Randstad Canada is seeking a Training Lead to own the end-to-end learning strategy for a major SAP S/4HANA implementation. You will partner with SI partners, HR, and business leaders to ensure field, operations, and corporate teams are ready on Day 1 and beyond.

The role emphasizes blended learning, digital adoption platforms, simulations, and ongoing sustainment. You will oversee the training roadmap, design role-based paths, and drive adoption across North American energy infrastructure
