Apparel Solutions International is seeking an organized and dependable Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our sales, customer service and marketing activities.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized and helping keep projects moving forward.
Responsibilities
Assist with customer follow-up and sales support activities
Prepare quotes, presentations and customer documents
Help maintain customer and product information
Support website, social media and marketing updates
Coordinate samples, marketing materials and customer requests
Track open items and follow up with customers, suppliers and team members
Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing team
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Customer service, administration, sales support or marketing experience is an asset
Self-motivated, dependable and detail-oriented
Apparel Solutions International supplies industrial workwear, flame-resistant clothing, high-visibility apparel and managed uniform programs to customers across Canada and the United States.
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 per week
