University of Victoria seeks an Associate Director, Residence Life (ADRL) to lead a large Residence Life program, shaping community life and student development on campus. You will guide strategy, staffing, and services to support learning, belonging, and student success.

The ADRL will steward a $4.5M+ budget, supervise 125+ staff, and partner with various departments to respond to crises and promote a vibrant living-learning workplace for UVic students.
