Bettermode Inc. is seeking an SDR Manager to architect and scale our outbound motion. You’ll define ICP, messaging, and sequencing, building a repeatable, AI-enabled playbook that generates qualified pipeline.

In the initial 6–9 months, you’ll execute outbound campaigns, test hypotheses, and set up automation. Eventually you’ll lead a team, drive metrics, and optimize performance across channels.
