This role emphasizes identifying capability gaps, recommending current roles, and defining the transition approach to achieve the target state.Key Responsibilities:
Document the current-state organisation and roles
Conduct thorough organisational design analysis
Build the Organisational RACI Matrix for content lifecycle
Define the target knowledge management operating model
Produce role profiles and resourcing requirementsRequirements:
8+ years in organisational design or consulting
Proven experience with organisational deliverables
Solid stakeholder engagement at executive levels
Ability to work in part-time, focused engagements
