As a Building Attendant, you will report to the Supervisor of Building Services. Act as master keyholder, assisting locked out tenants
Monitor fire alarm systems and conduct emergency responses
Show apartments to potential tenants during tours




Inspect and report building deficiencies and maintenance
Maintain security by ensuring doors are properly secured Requirements:
Previous maintenance and customer service experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication skills with tenants and staff
