Maple Lodge Farms, Canada's largest poultry processor, is seeking an Operations Trainer for Plant 6. Reporting to the Tray Pack Manager, you will monitor staff performance, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced facility.
This in office role requires at least 2 years in meat/poultry, knowledge of CFIA/HACCP/GMP, OHSA/WHMIS, and robust MS Office skills, with a focus on safety and quality. Shift: Mon-Fri 3:15 pm–11:45 pm; on-site and versatile time may be needed.
