Launch Rehab, established since 2015, offers a supportive, independent workplace for physiotherapists across Lougheed, Coquitlam, Richmond, Current Westminster, and North Burnaby. Work closely with clients from assessment to recovery, alongside a multidisciplinary team of over 40 healthcare professionals. This role values mentorship and collaboration while respecting clinical decisions without the pressure of quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct 1-on-1 assessments and manual therapy
• Manage a mixed private, ICBC, and WorkSafeBC caseload




• Complete documentation in Jane EMR with support
• Participate in case rounds and internal training
• Coordinate multidisciplinary co-treatment under one roof
Requirements:
• Current registration with CHCPBC in valuable standing
• Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and manual therapy
• Comfortable with ICBC and WorkSafeBC documentation
• Willingness to engage in mentorship programs
• Additional training like IMS is a plus
