Hillpointe is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across apartment communities, construction sites, and facilities. You will focus on reducing injuries, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting fire/life safety programs.

You will manage incident investigations, training, site inspections, and documentation, coordinating with HR and operations across regions. A minimum of five years in safety management is expected, with OSHA certifications and a solid focus on risk control.
