Enhance patient care as a Registered Nurse in the 3B Surgical Inpatient Unit at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. You'll provide specialized nursing care to complex surgical patients within a supportive team. In this full time role, report directly to the Manager of Surgical Services.

Utilize your expertise in surgical nursing to deliver patient and family-centered care. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure adherence to the standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to complex patients
Apply nursing processes for individualized care planning
Collaborate with Registered Practice Nurses on patient care
Recognize and respond to abnormal patient responses
Maintain solid interprofessional communication Requirements:
Unrestricted RN registration with the College of Nurses
Current BCLS certification
Experience in caring for surgical patients
Knowledge of relevant surgical nursing practices
Ability to manage multiple nursing interventions Lead impactful nursing care at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre, fostering a patient-centered setting.
