You will conduct property inspections, valuations, and market analysis while ensuring compliance with municipal regulations. Ideal candidates will have a robust background in property assessment methodologies and relevant legislation. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections and gather data for accurate property assessments
Evaluate property valuations following provincial legislation
Research market data and validate property sales




Prepare for and present assessment appeal defenses
Maintain transparent and accurate assessment records Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with relevant experience
AMAA accreditation and Alberta Assessors' Association membership
Knowledge of assessment methods and municipal legislation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and assessment software
