You will be pivotal in creating and evaluating recreation and therapeutic programs aimed at fostering physical, emotional, and social well-being. Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to ensure vibrant and meaningful activities. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily activities of the Recreation Team
Develop and evaluate customized recreation programs
Facilitate group and individual fitness and leisure activities
Monitor resident engagement and document outcomes
Collaborate with care teams, families, and community organizations Requirements:
Diploma or degree in related fields
Experience with seniors in long-term care preferred
Smart Serve Certification required
