Perform detailed document reviews and due diligence
Support in the review of commercial contracts and NDAs
Work collaboratively with internal legal teams
Keep current with relevant legislative matters
Manage multiple priorities with a solid focus on detail
Requirements:
Licensed to practice law in Ontario
Member of the Law Society of Upper Canada
Prior corporate law experience is beneficial but not necessary
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Bilingual capabilities in English and French preferred
