Role Overview

Provide production support for a portfolio of Client Technology and Global Investment Banking applications (Salesforce, Dealogic, Capital IQ, etc.), ensuring stability, automation, and effective release management.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for front office users across global platforms
Manage incident, problem, and change (ITIL) processes
Coordinate releases, bug fixes, and enhancements with internal teams and vendors
Improve system reliability through monitoring and automation (DevOps/CI-CD)
Perform capacity planning and disaster recovery coordination
Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing
Partner with business, technology, and compliance teams
Participate in on-call / weekend release rotation

Experience Required

7 to 12 years of experience in Application/Production Support





Prior experience in Capital Markets / Investment Banking platforms strongly preferred

Systems & Databases: Linux/Windows + SQL

Monitoring Tools: Geneos, AppDynamics, Dynatrace
Scheduling Tools: Control-M / Autosys

Knowledge of Salesforce / Capital Markets platforms
