Serving as the primary account contact, you will partner with clients, agencies, and internal teams to support creative development, build and manage production schedules, and conduct post-project job analyses as needed.This is an onsite role working Monday to Friday in our Mississauga (Tristar) location.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive digital files, prepare digital dockets, and ensure proofs are delivered on timeReview incoming proofs, update production, and forward approved files to the digital team for platingServe as the primary liaison between customers, sales, and production teamsProvide customers and sales representatives with daily job status updates,
