Affirm is searching for a seasoned Compliance Manager to oversee compliance advisory within the Card program. With over 8 years of experience in compliance, you will navigate regulatory frameworks, partner across teams, and resolve compliance issues effectively. Your strategic oversight will ensure that the Affirm Card features remain cutting-edge and align with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own compliance advisory across card marketing and onboarding • Conduct root-cause analysis for compliance issues • Review marketing and UX for regulatory compliance • Partner with Legal and Risk for audits and exams • Maintain and enhance compliance training materials
Requirements: • 8+ years in compliance advisory in financial services • Deep knowledge of EFTA and TILA regulations • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments • Solid communication skills for presenting complex issues • Independent decision-making in compliance matters
